The Volunteer Inn is a typical 17th century building, standing at the lower end of Chipping Campden's historic High Street. It was named "The Volunteer" in the mid 1800's, because local men used it, to 'sign on' for volunteer armies.
The Volunteer Inn's friendly and welcoming atmosphere attracts locals, tourists, ramblers, cyclists, business people and families alike.
Serving a wide variety of refreshments, as well as English or Indian dishes, The Volunteer Inn also provides comfortable and affordable bed and breakfast accommodation for guests.
