Kissing Gate Cottage offers accommodation for up to 8 people (plus travel cot) in a spacious, well equipped family home. Ideal for friends, families or groups wanting gorgeous accommodation in a beautiful village location. Ebrington village has a popular local award winning pub serving delicious food and great ales.

A spacious entrance hall with doors to the two sitting rooms, kitchen and a storage cupboard. Staircase to first and second floors. The modern kitchen has ample storage and is well equipped. Aga with gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, American style fridge / freezer with ice and water dispenser. Table and seating for 4 / 6.

Off the kitchen there is a small utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, work surface, cupboards and sink. There is a toilet with wash hand basin. The main sitting room with log burner offers comfortable seating, TV and DVD player. French doors open into the conservatory.

Bedroom 1 Double bedroom with super king bed, side tables, TV with Freeview and wardrobe. En-suite shower room, toilet and wash hand basin.
