A collaboration between retailer George Davies and restaurateur Barry Hancox, Prego reflects their passion for authentic Italian cuisine, prepared with quality local ingredients. Head Chef Pietro Di Marco, a native of the rolling hills around Florence, has brought Tuscan cuisine to this equally stunning corner of the English countryside.

Prego's menu is served throughout the day in the relaxed dining area, as well as light meals, pizzas and cakes to take away from the deli. Join Prego later on for an evening of classic Italian elegance, starting the night with a glass of Prosecco or a Venetian Spritz, before selecting from Pietro's menu.
