Slate Clothing is a collection of independent womenswear boutiques based in the beautiful Cotswold villages of Broadway and Burford. A family business founded by Gilly Aspey in 2012, Slate Clothing’s shops are dedicated to offering the very best in hand-picked ladies’ fashion for every occasion. You will discover a superb range of labels including Joseph Ribkoff, Just White, Robell, Grizas, Monari plus many more.

We also have a shoe shop, Slate Shoes, located on the high street at 12 The Green, Broadway offering a wife range of both women’s and men’s footwear as well as a Sale Shop stocking fantastic year-round discounted items in Cotswold Court, off Broadway High Street. Our standard clothes sizes range from 8 – 18 but don't be put off if you are outside this range. Several of our labels can supply larger or smaller sizes through the season and, for regular customers, we will buy with you in mind if we know your tastes.
