Cheltenham Race Week 2020

Race week is nearly upon us and for many it’s the pinnacle of the jump racing calendar, with 28 races spread across four days The Cheltenham Festival never fails to deliver plenty of action - and anguish depending how much you have riding on the race!

The Festival™ begins next week on Tuesday March 10th and concludes with the main event, Gold Cup Day on the Friday. Each day there are 7 races which begin at 1.30pm and run every 40 minutes until the last race of the day at 5.30pm.

The village of Broadway has become an ideal base for people to stay during the races, largely down to the great public transport links and its close proximity to Cheltenham Spa. It's also become a popular spot for celebrities to stay and even the jockeys themselves have been known to spend their time here.

Whether you plan on making the trip to Cheltenham to watch the races, or you intend to stay in the village to watch the action unfold from the many lively pubs on offer; you’ll find plenty going on to keep you entertained before and after the races. Nothing beats a day spent soaking up the atmosphere in a village that has authentic roots in horse racing.

Whether or not you finish the week in profit you’ll be sure to have the best possible experience of the Cotswolds biggest race event.
